I am once again out of town, blogging from a hotel. And I am driving a rental car from Avis. I didn’t notice it getting into the car (I wasn’t really giving the car the once-over, I just wanted to get in and get to my hotel) but when I reached my hotel and got out, I noticed a yellow ribbon sticker on the car with the words “Support The Troops” under it.
If I wasn’t already a fan of Avis, that would be the clincher. When I take the car back tomorrow, I’m going to check some other cars and see if it’s just on the one I got, or if they’re on all the cars.
On an unrelated note, while I was typing this, an Avis commercial came on Fox News. Almost a little creepy.
