So I listened to that rant that Algore spewed today. What a nutjob this guy is. If I was a democrat (fat chance) I would be embarassed. Hell, I’m embarassed for democrats anyway. This guy is totally off his rocker. It was like watching Dean’s “I Have A Scream“ speech again. Here’s a photo:
He actually said this:
“The unpleasant truth is that President Bush’s utter incompetence has made the world a far more dangerous place and dramatically increased the threat of terrorism against the United States.“
What alternate universe has he been living in? There have been no attacks against the U.S. since 9/11. You think that’s just a coincidence? He also said this:
“Luckily, there was a high level of competence on the part of our soldiers even though they were denied the tools and the numbers they needed for their mission. “
Let me think, who was in office just before Bush that reduced troop numbers and cut defense spending? Oh yeah, it was Gore. Mr. Gore, can you honestly say you’ve forgotten your overall reduction of the military, not to mention the hancuffing of the CIA in such a short time?
I could take this speech point by point and refute it easily with simple facts, but I’ve got better things to do with my time than waste it on this left-wing fringe blowhard.
